Gillian Heltai

Chief Operating Officer, Haus

Gillian is the Chief Operating Officer at Haus. Gillian joined Haus in September 2024 to build its Measurement Strategy team and currently leads all of the Haus go-to-market teams, supporting the growth and decision-making of hundreds of brands across billions of ad spend.

Prior to joining Haus, Gillian worked at two high growth SaaS companies — Lattice and Talkdesk — helping them scale from ~$10M ARR to $100+ ARR. Gillian got her professional start at comScore, where she worked for 10 years in a variety of roles and specialized in custom measurement solution development.

Gillian holds a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University and bachelors degrees in Marketing and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
